Gerard Baker

Gerard Baker, superintendent of Mount Rushmore National Monument and the highest-ranking American Indian in the National Park Service, recently spoke at the Modern Indian Identity series of the Center of the American West in Boulder, Colo. He is Mandan-Hidatsa from the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in North Dakota.
